Re:      Extension and Alterations to Scoil Mhuire Fatima, Timahoe, Co. Laois

 

Dear Sirs,

 

On behalf of our client, Board of Management of Scoil Mhuire Fatima, we are pleased to invite you to submit a tender for the construction of new 2 General classrooms and 2 classrooms Special Needs Unit with new in site staff carpark and set down area and associated site development works and heating system replacement works to old building at Scoil Mhuire Fatima, Timahoe, Co Laois.

 

The contract for the works will be PW-CF5 Government Public Works Contract for Minor Building and Civil Engineering Works Designed by the Employer.

 

The successful Contractor will have produce a current Tax Clearance Cert and other documents specified in the  DoES-QW2-Suitability-Assessment-Questionnaire-Open-2017 included in Information pack.

 

Contractors must return a fully priced Volume C – Works Schedule as well as Volume B -Tender and Schedule and the completed and signed DoES-QW2-Suitability-Assessment-Questionnaire-Open-2017 in separate clearly marked envelopes to:

by 12:00 on Monday 20th November 2017

 

Contractors must return a signed and dated form of tender and a signed and dated DoES-QW2-Suitability-Assessment-Questionnaire to be deemed a valid tender.

 

It is intended that the successful tenderer will commence the works in December 2017.

The asbestos register is included in information pack. Asbestos management is outlined on project drawings and in Preliminary Healt and Safety Plan included in information pack.

 

The minimum Turnover required for this project is € 2,28 Million.

 

All tender drawings and pricing documents for the works will be uploaded to this RFT and will not be issued in hard copy.
