- Section 3.3.1 - staff details and experience, health & safety compliance
- Appendix 2 - Pricing Schedule
- Appendix 3 - Tenderer's Statement
- Appendix 4 - ESPD (European Single Procurement Document)
- Evidence of Economic and Financial Standing attached (as per section 3.2.A)
- Technical and Professional Ability Section completed (as per section 3.2.B)
Note Appendix 5 is for information only at this point.
Note that Appendix 6 (Services Contract) and Appendix 7 (Confidentiality Agreement) are for information only and are only executed in the event that you are the winner of the tender. However signing Appendix 3 does mean you accept the conditions therein of Appendix 6 and Appendix 7.
