ARCLEX201709 - Extension to ArcLabs Building: 3 storeys comprising of incubation spaces, support offices, meeting room, staff facilities, circulation space, plant rooms, lifts, with a total area of 1082 sq.m.

This project involves the construction of a new three storey extension to the existing ArcLabs building. The extension will be constructed partially on the existing car park and partially on the adjacent grass area. The building will have a flat roof incorporating air handling units and photovoltaic panel array. The building will be linked at ground floor and first floor level to the existing building via a link corridor, works will include demolitions to existing building to accommodate link corridors. Site works include underground services to support new building linking to existing services and the construction of supporting car park in the immediate proximity to the building.
