- Appendix 4 - ESPD (European Single Procurement Document)
- Evidence of Economic and Financial Standing attached (as per section 3.2.A)
- Technical and Professional Ability Section completed (as per section 3.2.B)

Note that Appendix 6 (Services Contract) and Appendix 7 (Confidentiality Agreement) are for information only and are only executed in the event that you are the winner of the tender.
