The proposed project will include an extension to an existing warehouse and office unit, Sensing House, East Park, Shannon Free Zone, Shannon, Co Clare as well as some internal works to the existing unit for a mezzanine and new toilet block. The extension works are to the existing GE sensing unit that was completed by SCP Development Team and handed over to GE Sensing in April 2016. The extension will increase the footprint of the building by approximately 10,000 ft2, add an additional 150 car parking spaces and approximately 5,580ft2 mezzanine area.
