SD/23/17 - The removal and environmental disposal of existing floorcovering and the supply and installation of carpet tiles to the Department of Social Protection, Floor 3, Aras Mhic Dhiarmada, Store Street
Sealed tenders addressed to the Office Administrator, Furniture Division, Office of Public Works, Mountshannon Road, Kilmainham, Dublin 8, D08 XA06 and receivable up to noon on 21st September 2017, are invited for the removal and environmental disposal of existing floor covering and the supply and fitting of new carpet tiles to the Department of Social Protection, Floor 3, Aras Mhic Dhiarmada, Store Street, Dublin 1
The form of tender (see page 12) must be signed by an authorised officer of the firm. Failure to sign the form of tender will invalidate the offer. When submitting tenders, the envelope should be marked clearly “TENDER SD/23/17”.
The award criteria will be price, availability of product, recyclability and proven track record in the fitting of carpet tiles. It is a condition of the award of the contract that a firm must be able to produce promptly a Tax Clearance Certificate.
