The successful tenderer will be expected to provide an individual specification document, detail to be agreed, for each Third Country to which Irish seafood is exported, that outlines the market access and technical food safety requirements that are required to be complied with prior to certification of export consignments by SFPA. Final documents should be presented in a format that is consistent, harmonised and easy to read, capturing all legislative pre‐export certification requirements per country. At present there are approximately 50 anticipated countries which will fall under this category. Methodology to accomplish this task will likely involve extensive consultation with many stakeholders in the seafood realm, from State bodies to industry, overseas contacts and Department of Foreign Affairs. Internet based research and data mining will also be required
