Ballinamore Community Hall CLG - Proposed renovation of and extensions to Community Centre

The works comprise the following:- 1. Demolition of existing dressing room extensions at rear and construction of new dressing rooms, etc. and ancillary space extension to side. 2. Demolish existing porch and construct two-storey porch extension with canopy at entrance and additional space to meeting room on first floor. 3. Provision of external insulation to existing hall with alterations to window openings and external door openings. 4. Internal alterations to toilets, dining room, entrance lobby and provision of lift with associated works. 5. Alterations to and extension of mech./elect. installations and provision of new boiler and heating controls. 6. External works comprising the provision of canopy with steps and level access to rear and site works on site.
