17-1860 - Refurbishment of existing roof covering to the flat roof buildings of Scoil Naomh Mhuire, Malin Head, Co Donegal

The proposed works comprise of preparing the current flat roofs,trimming back the window cills on the existing building, installing rigid foam insulation and a new flexible membrane to the classroom building and applying a liquid membrane waterproof coating to the shelter and watertower building, Replacing the lead flashing to all joints where currently existing and installing safety anchor points and fall protection cables. Replace the existing down pipes and guttering. Chip cracked plaster off the chimney and replace to match existing.
