This project is subject to Dublin Rural LEADER funding. The Client –i.e. The Board of Management of Remember Us, reserves the right to carry out a further ‘value engineering process’ and to negotiate post Tender. The Client also reserves the right to cancel the Tender process at any stage without any liability for costs that may be incurred by contractors tendering prior to cancellation.
