Boat House at Dunmore East Fishery Harbour Waterford

The works will comprise of the development of a cladded structural steel framed building and all associated works. The building will be approximately 11.5 metres long, 12 metres wide and 6 metres high. The building will accommodate three vehicles. Provision will be made for a toilet and for a mezzanine floor for storage. Site Works will comprise of drains, water supply, electrical services and paving works.
