Detailed description:

University College Dublin (UCD) is seeking proposals in relation to a customised People Management Development Programme directed at professional staff and faculty people managers. The requirement comprises the following two phases: 1. Design, development and delivery of 2 day people management development programme for ca. 450 people. The target audience comprises of a wide range of roles and experience and includes professional staff managers, principal investigators, faculty members, technical and librarian staff. 2. Design, development and delivery of half day ‘Reviewer’ training for ca. 600 people to support the roll out of a performance and development process commencing in March 2018
