RFT Greenlawn Horticulture - Purchase of Log Debarking and Chipping equipment for Woodfibre Business

This tender is for 1 no. Log Batch debarking unit and 1 no. Log chipper Individual specifications are attached in the documentation on e tenders. The end product from the chipper must be suitable for subsequent wood fibre manufacture. Both items of equipment are to be powered by three phase electricity and equipment should be manufactured and supplied in compliance with the relevant legislation governing connection to mains electricity power supply. The supplier of the processor must be able to guarantee a callout within 24 hours of notification of a malfunction of the machine. The service engineers must be able to provide documentary evidence of manufacturer training for this machine. Fire Extinguishers, safety switches etc must be on machine and in line with legislation. Prices should include delivery. PLEASE NOTE: This contract is subject to funding The tender response for each lot at a minimum should include; 1. A full technical specification of the proposed equipment 2. Detailed performance history for the equipment 3. Evidence and detail of back up/ maintenance
