Construction and fit out works of new Garda Station within existing shell and core industrial unit together with ancillary site and development works at Sallybrook Industrial Estate, Glanmire, Co. Cork. The works include minor modifications of existing structure and fabric, including enhanced thermal performance, the extension of existing first floor mezzanine to form a full first floor level of accommodation, amendments to existing window and door openings and the formation of new openings. Existing services to be modified to independently serve the works. Floor area 680m2.
