St Mogue's College - Completion of 2 no. 49m² general classrooms and form new toilets

Re: Tender for completion of 2 no. 49m² general classrooms, form new male & female toilets and all ancillary works at St Mogues College, Bawnboy, Co.Cavan.
Dear Tenderer,
You are invited to submit a competitive tender for the works outlined above. The project requirements shall be in accordance with documentation provided. Please cross check the items enclosed and the list below. All of the following documents shall be deemed received by you unless we are formally notified that this is not the case.
1. All Architect's Specification & Drawings
2. Form of Tender
3. Preliminary Health & Safety Plan
The Tenderers must return tenders to John Kearney, Chief Executive, Cavan and Monaghan ETB, Church View Square, Cavan, Co. Cavan not later than 12pm Monday 24th July 2017.
Contractors are advised to visit the site to familiarise themselves with the site conditions and any restrictions on access, movement or space for compounds that may be present. Tenderers will be permitted to visit the site by appointment only. Contact can be made via Berni Power or Lorraine Walsh at Cavan Monaghan ETB on 047 30888.
Contractors must return a completed Declaration of Suitability for Contractors for Small Works (Open Procedure) as published by the Department of Education and Skills with the tender. Document enclosed
It is anticipated the tenderer will commence works early August 2017. Given the tight timeframe for the appointment of the contractor, the Declaration must have attached the following supporting information and clearly marked the information required. This includes but is not limited to the following:
1. Evidence of Turnover (approx. 1.5 times budget estimate)
2. Current Public (€6.5m) and Employers Liability Insurance (€13m)
3. Current tax clearance certificate
4. Education and Professional Qualifications (Management)
5. Education and Professional Qualifications (Personal)
6. Details of 3 no. relevant school projects within the last 7 years.
These are pass/fail criteria.
In addition the contractor must demonstrate Health and Safety competence as a contractor and as a PSCS.
Contractors should refer to DTP-2012 Procurement of Contractors 1st Edition March 2012 as published by the Department of Education and Skills for further information in relation to evidence of suitability to be provided.
The Declaration and supporting information must be returned in a separate envelope clearly marked “SAQ – St Mogue’s College”. In a separate envelope clearly marked “Tender – St Mogue’s College”, provide completed Form of Tender and Schedule as well as completed pricing document. Having marked all applicants and listed them in order of merit, a short-list will be drawn up and only those applicants that qualify will have their tender opened.
