The board of management request tenders from suitably qualified mechanical contractors for the replacement of the existing heating system including removal of existing, installation of new heating centre (boiler plant, pumps, controls), new space heating, electrical installation works, builders works including trenching, formation of plinths, redecoration, forming & making good of openings. The successful contractor will be responsible for the delivery of the project during summer 2017
