TO ALL TENDERING CONTRACTORS

 

Re:      SWS 2017 – Roofing Works at St. Conleth's National School, Derrinturn, Co. Kildare.

 

Dear Sirs,

 

On behalf of our client, Board of Management of St. Conleth's National School, we are pleased to invite you to submit a tender for Summer Works Scheme 2017 – Roofing Works at St. Conleth's National School, Derrinturn, Co. Kildare.

 

The contract for the works will be PW-CF6 Government Public Works (http://constructionprocurement.gov.ie/wp-content/uploads/PW-CF6-v1.10-25-04-17.pdf).

 

The successful Contractor will have produce a current Tax Clearance Cert and other documents specified in the  DoES-QW2-Suitability-Assessment-Questionnaire-Open-2016 included in Information pack.

 

Contractors must return a fully priced Volume C – Works Schedule as well as Volume B -Tender and Schedule and the completed and signed DoES-QW2-Suitability-Assessment-Questionnaire-Open-2016 in separate clearly marked envelopes to:

by 12:00 on Friday 7th July 2017

 

Contractors must return a signed and dated form of tender and a signed and dated DoES-QW2-Suitability-Assessment-Questionnaire to be deemed a valid tender.

 

It is intended that the successful tenderer will commence the works in July 2017.

 

All tender drawings and pricing documents for the works will be uploaded to this RFT and will not be issued in hard copy.
