Building Works - Carrigaline Education Campus - 3 new schools

Re:  Carrigaline Education Campus, Ardnacloghy, Carrigaline, Co. Cork.

 

Dear Sirs,

You are hereby invited to submit a fixed price tender for the Construction of an Education Campus which comprises of three new schools, with associated site works: (i) a 2-storey, split-level Gaelcholáiste for 500 pupils, including learning, administration and ancillary spaces, a physical education hall and outdoor ball courts; (ii) a 2-storey, split level 24 classroom school (to accommodate the existing Gaelscoil from Waterpark), including learning, administration and ancillary spaces, a general purpose hall and outdoor ball courts; (iii) a new single-storey school (for the existing Sonas Special Junior Primary School from the Cork Road), including learning, administration and ancillary spaces, a general purpose hall and outdoor ball court and play areas.  The works include road improvement works, new site entrances, carparking, set-down spaces, landscaping, paths, signage, boundary walling and all site works associated with the campus development.

All tenders to be returned to Cork ETB in hard copy form in a sealed envelope endorsed “Tender for Carrigaline Education Campus” with the name of the tenderer clearly marked on the outside;

Site Visit
