TOURISM IRELAND REQUEST FOR TENDERS – Provision of Advertising Consultancy Services - MC/BT/2017/1

Tourism Ireland wishes to enter into a contract with a Supplier for provision of expert Advertising Consultancy Services. Tourism Ireland is undertaking a statutory re-tendering of its Advertising services contracts for completion by Q2 2018 and wishes to engage the services of an Advertising Consultant to advise on the optimum agency structure to meet its needs as well as assisting in the procurement process for agency selection. Please refer to the Instructions for a Specification of requirements [attached for downloading]. The appointment is being made by a process of competitive tender using the Open Procedure
Bidders should note that the maximum budget for the provision of these services will not exceed €50,000 [including VAT at 23%]
Completed Tenders must be received no later than 14:00 hours GMT Monday 10th July 2017 and must be supplied in the format prescribed in the Format for Tender Response to the delivery address detailed below:-
