IADT ICT AV Tender 2017 - Audio Visual Tender for Projectors, Video Wall and installation of same

1.     IADT has a number of teaching spaces that require upgrading. Most of these rooms’ projection systems need to be replaced with bulbless/LED type projectors (WVGA) where there is no cool down time between a projector being switched off and being switched on again.

Two of the existing projection systems will be repurposed in rooms which have older projection systems but don’t need the same functionality as the new projectors.

There should be minimal re-cabling in the rooms and only new or reprogramming of existing room controllers

2.     IADT also have a requirement for a replacement for a SMART short throw projector which we would like to replace with an 84inch 4k touch screen with built-in Windows 10 PC.

3.     IADT also wish to purchase a 4 display information wall (55” x 4) which will offer students the experience of designing for such screens before they enter the work force. The screens should be controlled by a basic digital signage management system. Initial template design set-ups and training must be provided. AN additional two portrait 55” screens will also be required and these should be as controlled by the same digital signage system.

4.     IADT also which to install a new fixed frame screen in A019 which will be a minimum of 3.5m in width.
