LMETB invite tenders from competent Food Caterers for the provision of school meals on Monday to Friday each week of the school year for the following schools:

Please note that school meals are generally subsidised by an amount to be determined, however, in the case of schools marked *, meals are not subsidised.

 

 Applicants must be registered with the HSE and comply fully with Food & Hygiene Regulations.  Successful applicants will be required to submit a current tax clearance details.

 

 Tenderers planning to submit a tender should visit the school to inspect the premises and discuss requirements with the School Principal. 

 

Site visits are arranged by contacting the school directly at the number above.

 

 All meals provided for breakfast, mid-morning break, lunch, snacks, clubs (as required) should be of a high nutritional quality and promote healthy eating. Where possible ingredients used to make the healthy meals should be sourced locally.

 

 

Tender forms may be downloaded from etenders website.  Completed forms must be returned in a sealed envelope, clearly marked “Tender for Catering Services” and sent to Mr Martin G. O’Brien, Chief Executive, LMETB, Abbey Road, Navan, Co. Meath not later than 12.00 noon on Wednesday 12th July 2017.

 

 

No late entries will be accepted. 

 

Tenders returned directly to schools will not be accepted.  

 

 

You may tender for 1 school or all.
