260902g - Consultancy Services required to plan and oversee upgrade of heating system at St. Paul's Sec. School, Dublin 12

Project consists of complete replacement of LPHW heating system affecting three wings of the school (referred to as the 40's, 50's & 60's wings). The older 1965 3 storey building was upgraded under the SWS 2014 scheme and operates from a separate boiler house. Therefore, the replacement of the boiler and upgrading of boiler house 2 would also be included as part of the project.
