HSE 8284 - An Evaluation of the Caring Behaviours Assurance System-Ireland (CBAS-I) Programme

The HSE invites proposals from independent organisations/service providers with suitably qualified personnel to undertake: An evaluation of the Caring Behaviours Assurance System Ireland (CBAS-I) programme to assess and report upon: a) How the programme contributed to enabling health care teams to enhance the quality of care provided to patients and their families b) The impact on staff behaviours and well-being c) The Impact on patients d) The factors which contributed to or hindered the implementation of Caring Behaviours Assurance System-Ireland.
