1715 Ennis Community College - Electrical Upgrade Summer Works Ennis Community College, Ennis, Co Clare

The scope of work for the Electrical Upgrade Summer Works at Ennis Community College includes as follows:- a) Isolation, removal and disposal of the redundant electrical services to a licenced waste facility including sub distribution fuse boards b) Partial replacement of sub distribution boards and sub mains cabling c) Provision of supplementary containment systems as required to fully contain all new wiring and cabling systems – existing containment to be retained where feasible d) Partial upgrade of existing general service and equipment power wiring to current ETCI Standards. e) New lighting and emergency lighting systems including a partial re-wire to current ETCI Standards throughout the school f) Partial upgrade of ICT structured wiring systems g) New protective services including fire detection and alarm system type L3 throughout the school h) New disabled WC alarm systems i) All associated alterations to the existing electrical services installations j) Testing & commissioning and certification of the upgraded electrical installations k) All associated builders works, opening up, making good and re-decoration to match existing finishes l) Full contract clean of the entire school building prior to handover m) Maintenance of the new installations for the defects liability period (12 months)
