1717 Ballyagran SWS 2017 - Mechanical Services (Mainly Heating) Upgrade Ballyagran National School

The proposed summer works mechanical upgrade project is required for the entire school building with a gross floor area of approx. 715m2 and comprising of the following works:- (1) Isolation, removal and disposal of all redundant heating services to a licenced waste facility (2) Upgrade of the heating services and associated heating controls. (3) Electrical works associated with the upgrade of the heating controls. (4) New two pipe gun barrel heating system throughout the school. (5) Replacement of Radiators (6) New Cold Water Storage Tank (7)New Fuel Oil Storage Tank, (8)Testing & commissioning of the upgraded mechanical services. (7) All builders work and redecoration associated with Mechanical upgrade (8) Full contract clean of the entire school building prior to handover. (9) Maintenance during the 12 months defects period
