Dear Sir/Madam,

 

Please find enclosed tender documentation for the works to up-grade the district heating system at Ballyhaise Agricultural College, Ballyhaise, Co. Cavan.

Completed Form of Tender, Pricing Schedule and PSCS Competence Assessment Form to be returned, by 12 noon on Friday the 30th June 2017, to:

Teagasc Ballyhaise Agricultural College,

Drumcrow, 

Ballyhaise,

Co. Cavan.

 

Contractors will also be required to submit:

  • A method statement for carrying out works and managing the project.  It should be borne in mind that  the public and staff shall be accessing and using the remaining live site, throughout the works period.
  • Evidence of tax clearance and this shall be in compliance with the tax claim procedure for public sector contracts reference F49/29/84.  A valid C2 Certificate must be presented to the Employer prior to commencement.

 

The contractor must have Employers Liability Insurance, Public Liability Insurance and Contractors All Risk Insurance, as outlined in Form of Tender.

The form of contract will be the Short Public Works Contract, (Ref: FTS6 v.1.4 30 June 2016).
