2017 Small Works St Louis - Proposed Internal Alterations and Site Clearance Works to St Louis

The proposed works involve the complete demolition of the Block B modular building and link corridor to the existing school building including new replacement hard surfacing and associated drainage to the footprint of this building. The works also involve refurbishment and alteration works to Block A (Staffroom and toilets), block C (Science Laboratory and Prep Room) and Prefab 1 to form new Home Economics Room and Store.
