Removal of asbestos throughout the building. Rot treatment to affected timbers. Upgrading fire rating including upgrading historic doors and installing new doors. Strenghting floors, New Lintols as necessary. Repairs and upgrade to existing toilet facilities. Builders work for Mechanical and Electrical installations Forming lift shaft through building for new lift. Attendance on all Reserve Contractors. Removing of existing fittings and fixtures. Removal of plaster and replaster in areas. Decoration to areas. General builders works. Overall projected spend including reserve contractors is approximately €2,000,000
