Detailed description:

The existing building consists of a single storey 605sqm detached structure. The proposed refurbishment includes the following works: - stripping out of existing finishes and fittings - some minor alterations to existing walls and openings - new stud partitions and fire doors forming new office spaces - replacement of external windows and doors - insulation upgrades - mechanical & electrical fit-out - new floor, wall and ceiling finishes - new sanitary and culinary fittings - decoration throughout - associated siteworks
