6872 - Connolly Station Staff Accommodation & Retail Unit Facilities

There is a Pre- Qualification Questionnaire ( PQQ) and drawings attached to this notice with additional information. The PQQ must be fully completed and returned as directed. The scope of works will include but is not limited to the following: • Ground preparation • Drainage connections • Foundations • Structural Steel erection • Blockwork • New M&E Services, Containment & ducting. • New Glazing to retail units • New Ticket office, Customer services unit & staff accommodation fit out. It is anticipated that works will commence on site in July 2017, with an estimated completion date of November 2017.
