Re:                   Invitation to Tender for Fit-Out of Unit 2, The Boulevard, Quinsboro Road, Bray, Co. Wicklow for Co. Wicklow Citizens Information Service and Bray MABS.

 

 

 

 

Dear Sir/Madam,

 

 

 

Tenders are being sought from competent Building Contractors for the above project, on behalf of our clients, Co. Wicklow Citizens Information Service and Bray MABS, in accordance with the Tender Drawings and Documents supplied herein.

 

 

 

The Form of Contract shall be the Short Public Works Contract, Document Reference PW-CF6 v1.10.

 

 

 

All minimum requirements for Employers and Public Liability, Turnover, etc., is documented in the Suitability Assessment document, and the tenderer shall complete same and return with his/her tender submission, together with all relevant appendices.

 

 

 

The tender shall be made on the Form of Tender and shall be forwarded in hardcopy format only to: -

Co. Westmeath

 

 

 

and clearly endorsed on the outside of the envelope:-

 

“Unit 2, The Boulevard, Bray, Co. Wicklow”

 

               

 

and clearly displaying the name of the Tenderer.

 

 

 

Within the primary envelope, 3 other sealed envelopes shall be provided as follows:

 

 

 

1. Form of Tender

2. Completed Pricing Document

3. Completed Suitability Assessment Questionnaire and related Declarations

 

 

 

The name of the Tenderer shall be clearly displayed on the outside of each of the 3 inner envelopes.

 

 

 

No tenders will be accepted by email, or through the e-tenders portal, or in hardcopy format to any other address different to that noted above.

 

 

 

Note:

 

• Clarification queries must be via the e-tenders portal only;

• Responses to queries may be circulated to all firms invited to tender at the Project Manager’s discretion;

• The client will not be liable for any firms costs associated with making a tender submission;

• Co. Wicklow Citizens Information Service and Bray MABS reserve the right not to accept the lowest tender or any tender submitted;

• Co. Wicklow Citizens Information Service and Bray MABS reserves the right to abandon the competition;

   

   

   

   

   

  The deadline for receipt of queries is Friday 12th May 2017 @ 12:00.

   

  The deadline for receipt of tenders is Friday 26th May 2017 @ 2pm.

   

  Tenderers are strongly recommended to visit the site prior to submitting a tender, by prior arrangement with the undersigned – through the e-tenders portal.
