Re:      REFURBISHMENT WORKS AT UNITS No. 66 – 77, THE LAURELS, TULLOW ROAD, CO. CARLOW.

 

 

 

           

 

Carlow County Council invites tenders for the above project, in accordance with the enclosed contract documents prepared by Carlow County Council.

 

 

 

The successful tenderer will be required, to produce the specified insurance and to enter into a contract embodying the usual conditions.  Tenderers will be required to comply with Tax Clearance Certification Procedures, Health and Safety legislation requirements and to be a subscriber to the Sick Pay/Pension Scheme.

 

 

 

 

 

For your information the following has been provided:

 

  • Photographs of Houses;

  • Pricing Schedule

  • Structural Report of Houses

 

 

 

The following documents are required to be returned as part of the tender:

 

  • Form of Tender & Schedule, FTS6

  • Appointment of Project Supervisor Construction Stage

  • Rates of Pay & Conditions of Employment Certificate

  • Suitability Assessment Questionnaire

  • Pricing Schedule

 

 

 

 

 

The successful tenderer will be required to sign contract documents within 5 days of receiving offer of the contract, and works are to be complete within 8 month of signing the contract.

 

 

 

The Council does not bind itself to accept the lowest or any tender received.

Administrative Officer, Corporate Services, Carlow County Council, Athy Road, Carlow.  Closing Date and time for receipt of tenders is 4.00pm on Tuesday 30th May 2017.
