GSOC 59/84/3 - Vehicle Recovery & Secure Storage

The Garda Síochána Ombudsman Commission (GSOC) is an independent statutory body established under the Garda Síochána Act 2005. The GSOC is responsible for receiving and dealing with all complaints made by members of the public concerning the conduct of members of the Garda Síochána. GSOC intends to establish a framework agreement for the provision of nationwide vehicle recovery and storage services for vehicles which GSOC takes possession of in the course of its investigations and statutory duties. The framework agreement will cover the entire 26 counties of the Republic of Ireland.
