Third Stand, Tallaght Stadium. Construction of a single tier 2,200 spectator stand including all access & seating, ancillary & welfare facilities, mechanical & electrical installations and all necessary site works. In order to qualify for consideration each tenderer must submit the forms QW2 and QW3-SAQ. It is a requirement that the tendering contractor: (a) must have at least one project which demonstrates the delivery of a Design & Build Contract under the GCCC PW-CF 2/ RIAI contract or equivalent approved with a minimum value of €2,000,000.00 excluding VAT in the last seven years and either - (b) A stadium project of similar scale, complexity and timeframe or (c) A project with a large structural subcontract element preferably in precast/cast-in-situ concrete. Contractors must qualify on (a) above, and either (b) or (c). The evidence should be in accordance with the requirements identified here (or if for any valid reason this evidence cannot be provided then alternative evidence which is considered appropriate by the Contracting Authority may be provided) Contractors are required to qualify in order for their tenders to be considered bona fide.
