Ulster University would like to appoint a suitably qualified consultant to carry out a compliance role for expenditure incurred by partners involved in the two named projects. This compliance and verification of expenditure must be done in accordance with the programme rules for the EU’s INTERREG VA cross border programme for Northern Ireland, the Border Region of Ireland and Western Scotland (2014 – 2020). It is expected that the consultant will also provide advice and guidance on compliance and eligibility of expenditure to all project partners on an ongoing basis, but particularly in advance of expenditure occurring.
