The successful Tenderer will provide suitable, secure, safe and clean accommodation for the detention of seized, stray or unwanted dogs (‘the Pound’). Facilities must, at a minimum be compliant with the general standards for Dog Breeding Establishments, as outlined in the Dog Breeding Establishment guidelines.
