Retexturing of the existing Surface Course using Mechanical Abrasion on the National Road Network in Co. Monaghan. There are 17 sites located across the National Road Network where the combined length of works is 10.37km. These proposed works are to be carried out by the appointed contractor who shall also fulfill the role of Project Supervisor Construction Stage for the duration of the works. The appointed contractor will be responsible for all the Temporary Safety Measures on the Road Networks to ensure the safe implementation of the proposed works.
