Provision of an Online Booking and Space Management System

Please note this contract will not be awarded This project is to procure and implement an online booking and space management system to cater for the spaces that DCC offer to the public, commencing in the following pilot spaces: The LAB, Arts Office, Foley Street and-The Wood Quay Venue, Civic Offices -The system must provide an online booking and space management system for the range of spaces that DCC has available for public use. - This system must allow customers to register, search for spaces, view availability and book space, provide key information/ documentation electronically, allow staff to approve/deny booking, potentially request & track payments (through Capita payment management system). - The system must support internal day-to-day management of the spaces within the Lab and the Wood Quay Venue and be capable of being used in other sites across the organisation.
