Detailed description:

Wicklow County Council in association with community organisations for nominated Towns and Villages wish to undertake a health check assessment of a number of Towns and Villages in County Wicklow. The health check is to provide a "stock take" of the current economic, social, environmental and physical situation relating to the Town or Village in order to assess the vitality and viability of Town/Village centres.
