The Tipperary Energy Agency in its role of improving the energy performance of Tipperary seeks to appoint a contractor for the supply, installation and commissioning and 1 years maintenance of 24 no. air to water packaged heat pump systems (heating and hot water). SPADE consists of 14 no. 1 bed units and 10 2 bed units, assisted living for the elderly. They are currently inadequately heated by storage heaters and undersink water heaters and electric heaters and the project proposes to replace all the heating and hot water systems with a packaged hot water and space heating system.
