1531 - Prior Information Notice for Rapid Build Project of 24 unit housing project at the junction of Firhouse Road & Killininny Road,

This is a Prior Information Notice to procure the Development of Rapid Build Project of 24 unit housing project on undeveloped lands located at the junction of Firhouse Road & Killininny Road, Killininny, Dublin 24. Development of Rapid Build Project of 24 unit two storey housing project on corner site opposite Bawnogue Shopping Centre. Contractors will be required to construct the dwellings and site infrastructure on an accelerated delivery program. Participation in the competition will be subject to qualification. The proposals consists of: New access off Killininny Road, landscaping works to boundaries and new park/play area, ancillary works to landscape housing areas, and all necessary associated ancillary works on the site and adjacent areas. All houses to be minimum A2 BER rated. The housing provision includes two storey houses primarily grouped in terraces, or semidetached layout.
