UEL004F - Request for Information (RFI) from DSU Aggregators and electricity market operators in Ireland
This is a Request for Information (RFI) – the Office of Government Procurement (OGP) is conducting market research into the area of Demand Side Units with a view to developing a centralised procurement solution to allow Public Sector bodies to seek tenders for these services from licensed DSU Aggregators.
As part of this process, the OGP wishes to take market soundings from current operators in this market, on matters including but not limited to:
Market:
- Market Dynamics
- Level of Competition in the marketplace
- Innovations
- The impact of recent geopolitical events on future market conditions i.e. ISEM, Brexit.
This is not a competition or invitation to tender. This Request for Information does not constitute an invitation to tender, or any offer to enter into a Framework Agreement and / or any contract. Neither this Request for Information nor any information set out herein shall be regarded as a commitment or representation on the part of the OGP to run any tender competition or enter into any form of contractual agreement expressed or implied.
