Emergency Upgrade Works to the M - Emergency Upgrade Works to the Monastery Building at Patrician Academy, Mallow.

The Project will consist of full Mechanical & electrical upgrade works to the existing building. This is a Protected Structure. Builders works will consists of new fire rated ceilings and new fire rated door sets, Fire compartmentation, minor internal & external modifications etc. The Project must be completed in a very short timeframe- before Mid August. Contractors & Subcontractors must be familiar working on protected structures or buildings within an Architectural conservation area.
