ITC-CSD10012017 - Tender for Supply and Installation of Data Projection Equipment

The Institute of Technology Carlow (IT Carlow) is a Higher Education Institute that offers courses at HETAC level 6-10 to approximately 7,000 students. The Institute has campus locations at Kilkenny Road, Carlow Summerhill Road, Wexford and Rathnew, Co Wicklow. As part of it ongoing campus development programme, the Institute is currently undertaking a process of refurbishment of many of its lecture rooms. A review and general upgrading ICT facilities in each lecture room is being undertaken as part of this process. The focus of this tender is the establishment of a contract for the supply and installation of Data Projection equipment required for this facilities upgrade project Specifically the Institute wishes to appoint a contractor for the supply and installation of Data Projection Equipment up to 30/06/2017 The anticipated level of drawdown from this tender will be in the order of 10-30 projectors over the term of the contract. Some of the drawdowns will be for complete new installations, while others will be for replacement projectors –where the rest of the required infrastructure is already in place..
