Many people starting up their own business have expertise in their own chosen profession, but may lack the business knowledge to run a successful business. The aim of the Start Your Own Business Programmes is to prepare these people to set up and and/or run their own businesses for growth. The programmes introduce entrepreneurs and owner/managers to the tools required to develop a sustainable business in a challenging business environment and to develop a range of skills to run a successful business over the longer term. This activity based learning programme is designed for clients with a specific business idea in mind, either just started or about to start their own business.
