Detailed description:

The objective of this RFT is to establish a multi-supplier framework agreement for the delivery of multi-disciplinary training and mentoring in enterprise development (including rural tourism) over the lifetime of the LEADER Programme (until June 2020). Upon admission to the framework contractors will become eligible to tender in a mini-competition for the delivery of the services for specific training/mentoring as the need arises.
