10012 - St Vincent De Paul 2 house project
The project is to deliver two modern domestic houses to the local St Vincent De Paul Society for local rental. The project involves demolishing three existing single storey buildings and replacing them with two modern town houses. The tender should include for a vinyl kitchen, insert electric cooker, washing machine and dishwasher in both houses. Allow for a vinyl built in wardrobe in house no 2. Essentially the house should be ready for rental when completed.
