W & D Replacement Framework - Window & External Door Replacement Framework
The works to be completed under the Framework Agreement are defined as the removal & disposal of existing poor performing windows or defective doors, and the manufacture, supply and installation of white Unplasticized Polyvinyl Chloride uPVC double / triple glazed windows & external composite doors to occupied Local Authority dwellings, together with all associated works. The uPVC double / triple glazed windows and external composite doors shall have a thermal (transmittance) performance of 1.0 W/m²°K or better, and complies with all aspects of the Specification. The full scope of the works and the obligations of the Applicant are to be ascertained by reference to the Contract as a whole.
