NA2016/009 - Provision of Carriage of Records Service to the National Archives

The National Archives wishes to contract transport and moving services to provide the following: o daily transport(Monday – Friday excl. bank holidays) of small quantities of boxes and documents between our 2 buildings at Bishop Street, Dublin 8 and the Four Courts, Dublin 7. The material is presented on a trolley (dimensions H1100mm x W520mm x L1000mm) and there are a maximum of 2 trolleys per transfer. o other transport services from other places or one of our buildings to one or other of our buildings from time to time as required, including moving of archival collections between buildings and the collection and delivery of archival collections to the National Archives from depositor premises – indicative 5-10 occurrences per annum.
