Before Tuesday 10th January 2017 at 2.30PM

 

 

 

Tenderers are required to submit the following documentation as part of their tender:

 

  • Copy of current Insurance

  • Tax clearance certificate

  • Completed and Signed Suitability Assesment Questionnaire

  • Completed Tender and Schedule (FTS5)

  • Completed pricing document as set out in the Tender Specification

  • PSCS Questionnaire and Confirmation of appointment as PSCS

  • Outline Programme of Works (No more than 3 A4 pages)

  • Quality Document detailing previous experience of similar completed projects (No more than 4 A4 pages) Appendix B1 and AppendixB2

 

 

 

The contract to be used is The form of Public Works Contract FTS5 Public Works Contract for Minor Building and Civil Engineering Works Designed by the Employer.  Any questions relating to the tender are to be addressed to Sweeney Architects.  The Contracting Authority do not bind themselves to accept the lowest Tender, nor will the cost of preparing and submitting any Tender be paid by the Contracting Authority.

 

 

 

Please note that access to the site is to be arranged with Sweeney Architects in advance. All Site Visits will be facilitated on one day, date to be confirmed.
